Dear Colleagues,
We regret to inform you that Mr. Mashaba, our new CEO, has decided to suspend the hybrid work-from-home arrangement, effective immediately. All employees are expected to be in the office starting tomorrow, 03 October 2024. We will monitor the situation regarding workspace availability and explore solutions as needed.
This decision was made because some colleagues have been difficult to reach while working from home, and overall productivity has not met expectations compared to in-office performance.
