The removal company Key Moves will be arriving at the Bavaria Office on Friday 24 May between 08h00 – 09h00 to remove workstations, filing cabinets and chairs. Staff must ensure that all personal belongings have been removed prior to the arrival of the moving company.
Departments must ensure that any remaining hardcopy documents / files / drawings (which cannot be saved in the relevant server) have been packed into boxes/drawings racks and that all filing cabinets are empty. The movers will not remove filing cabinets with documents / files stored in them.
