The removal company Key Moves will arrive at the Bavaria Office tomorrow, May 24, between 08:00 and 09:00 to remove workstations. If you wish to work from home, submit a work-from-home application, which must be approved by your line manager.

Each department must have representatives present during removal to ensure all packed boxes are moved from 20 Bavaria Office to the new location.

On May 27(Monday), those working in the office must report to the new office. If you will be working from home, ensure your application is approved by your line manager. While working from home, you are expected to be available during office hours. Failure to do so will be addressed accordingly, including employees working on-site.

All the printing must be done in the office, No one will be reimbursed for external printing.

Note: Working from home will be your own responsibility. The company will not provide data or electricity for your productivity needs. For those with company cell phones, there will be no top-ups of airtime or data.
